OVERVIEW

Epic Business Strategies’ focus on recruiting in the Hospitality, Non-Profit, and Specialty markets is headed up by Beth Franklin who has more than 20 years of direct senior leadership experience in the hotel, meeting planning, and event management business.  Beth worked in her previous career for international firms such as Starwood, Kuoni, The Mark Travel Corporation, and InterContinental Hotel Group.

Beth has a Global perspective and network of contacts which allows our firm to source talent for local, national, and international positions.

Beth is experienced in Retained Executive Search, Contract Recruiting, and recruiting industry special projects.  She has worked on search assignments for major Clients in the United States and has focused on the following markets:
