The firm was founded in 2004 in the Chicago/Milwaukee market by Doug Franklin who previously held several industrial executive leadership positions during the first 30 years of his career with companies such as Honeywell, Ferguson Enterprises, SPS Technologies, and Pacific Scientific. After leaving a position of President for a Milwaukee based manufacturer, Doug decided to offer his years of management experience to the executive recruiting industry and formed Epic Business Strategies.

Doug’s past employment experience of over 30 years with industrial companies at the management and executive level in sales and operations, allows him to better understand client’s recruitment requirements. The Firm’s goal is always to meet and exceed our client’s expectations.
